Project Overview

108 Cannon Street is a comprehensive redevelopment project located directly opposite Cannon Street Station in the heart of London’s financial district. Spearheaded by property developer Endurance Land, the project involved the refurbishment of three floors of office space, delivering fully fitted Category B (Cat B), plug-and-play workspaces. The redevelopment focused on flexibility, sustainability, and wellbeing, creating a best-in-class tenant experience within a highly competitive market.

The building offers 22,500 sq ft of adaptable workspace across lower ground, second, and third floors. Designed to meet the growing demand for smaller, high-spec floor plates, the scheme combines modular layouts with high-quality amenities, including an upgraded reception and multifunctional roof terrace.

Following its redevelopment and a highly successful leasing campaign, 108 Cannon Street was fully let shortly after completion—demonstrating the strong market appeal of tenant-ready spaces in central London.

Client Vision

Endurance Land’s vision for 108 Cannon Street was to deliver a high-quality, customer-centric workspace that could respond to the evolving needs of tenants. The building was reimagined as a flexible, ready-to-occupy environment, appealing to occupiers looking for adaptable space without the time or investment typically associated with fit-outs.

A key objective of the project was to balance sustainability and future-proof design with tenant wellbeing, offering an environment that supports productivity while reducing environmental impact.

ILE Solutions Role

iLe Solutions was responsible for providing bespoke window treatments and Acoustic Solutions that aligned with the project’s design vision and sustainability objectives. We supplied and installed our signature iLe roller blinds including acoustic solutions and premium curtains.

Reception Area

For the welcoming reception space, we delivered: iLe Signature Manual Roller Blinds, finished in Screen 3% White/Beige fabric. These blinds provided effective glare control while maintaining transparency and a clean, contemporary look.

In this area, we also installed a Silent Gliss SG6870 white track with an 80mm wave heading, dressed in Svensson Mint 6910 fabric, adding a soft, textured element to the reception area, complementing the minimalist design.

Levels 2 & 3

In addition to the reception area, we installed over 100 iLe Signature Manual Roller Blinds, using Screen 3% Grey/White fabric, offering high levels of light control, privacy, and aesthetic consistency throughout the workspace.

Silent Gliss tracks with 80mm wave headings, were fitted with Kvadrat Davina 3 fabric in Colourway, adding warmth and acoustic benefits to the flexible office layouts.

Our focus was on ensuring all window treatments enhanced both functionality and design, while also supporting the building’s sustainability credentials.

Our focus was on delivering tailored solutions that not only complemented the architectural vision but also enhanced the tenant experience. Sustainability was at the heart of this project, and it’s rewarding to see how it has been received—fully let and delivering on Endurance Land’s ambitions. We’re proud to have played a role in bringing this exceptional workspace to life.”
