Project Overview
A refined and contemporary interior designed to promote both visual sophistication and acoustic comfort. The project prioritises a calm and high-performing environment where sound control enhances wellbeing and productivity.
ILE Solutions Role
As specialist installers, we were responsible for the delivery and integration of bespoke acoustic baffles within the gym and office open format office, as well as the installation and modification of high-quality curtains and blinds. Our focus was on precision, seamless coordination, and maintaining the integrity of the architect’s design intent.
Scope of Works
– Specialist installation of architect-specified bespoke acoustic ceiling baffles
– Precision alignment of baffles with key architectural features and ceiling details
– Integration and coordination with lighting layouts and M&E services to ensure unobstructed performance and aesthetics
– Installation of new blinds and curtains across multiple areas
-Cut-down, modification, and reinstallation of existing blinds to suit revised layouts and design requirements
“ This project was a true challenge, expertly delivered by the iLE team. The P+W design was far more complex than the images suggest; its off-grid layout required approximately 800 completely unique pre-manufactured components.
Our expertise was thoroughly tested, but by combining our manufacturing skills across a range of materials, we successfully delivered a bespoke version of the Atmosphera Rise system. The solution incorporated pre-manufactured metal framework, essential for the accurate setting-out of the baffles. These baffles combined our Soft Sound acoustic material with a powder-coated, minimal bottom channel, all produced without the use of glue—an important principle in our manufacturing ethos.
The finished result is striking, and we believe it truly brings the designer’s concept to life. Many thanks to iLE, Overbury, and the P+W team for collaborating with us on this project.”

Challenges & Solutions
Existing slab had over time received lots of penetrations and fixings, this posed complexity in our pickup points and integrity of the grab within a now delicate surface area. We manage this through with testing, upscaled mechanical fixings and use of resin compounds.
Live Fit-Out Environment
– Operated within phased handover programmes, ensuring each area was delivered on schedule
– Worked closely with Overbury’s site management team to sequence works and minimise disruption to concurrent trades
– Maintained proactive coordination with other subcontractors to avoid clashes and preserve programme efficiency
